We will take over management of your property for an agreed length of time between 3 and 5 years. During this period, we will pay you an agreed upon rent every month whether the property is tenanted or not. This means for up to 5 years, you won’t have any void periods to worry about, only monthly returns on your investment.

We select our tenants from a waiting list of mostly working professional candidates. Before a new tenant moves in they will be subject to all right to rent checks, credit checked and referenced to ensure they are above board and a good fit for the property.

We believe in offering the highest standards of accommodation to our potential tenants and in return expect our tenants to treat each room as their home rather than a place to stay. All our rooms will be expertly dressed and furnished to make the most of the spaces provided.

We will take care of any minor maintenance issues throughout the tenancy and ensure the property is kept clean and tidy. We have a team of professional cleaners who will visit on a regular basis to keep an eye on the property and ensure the communal areas are well kept and thoroughly clean the bedrooms between tenancies. We will also keep on top of any decoration ensuring the property is returned to you in the same if not better condition than when we took it on!
