We view the property with the Letting Agent to ensure the property is suitable for us.

We negotiate terms with the Letting Agents and the Landlord to ensure all parties are included.

We pick up the keys for the property.

Depending on the properties standards we bring the property up to an outstanding condition.

Our vast list of professional tenants are housed in the property.

At the end of the lease the property is redecorated, and the keys are handed back.

These simple steps are how we have grown a close-knit relationship with the Letting Agents we currently work with. Taking care of their client’s HMO and having a responsive relationship with the Letting Agent during the lease period of the property.
